With a strong background in agriculture and land-based industries, my passion lies in enhancing biodiversity and improving the natural environment through thoughtful, skilled garden care.

I bring hands-on experience from working in all weather conditions in a variety of environments from maintaining private gardens to large estates.

I offer a full range of general garden maintenance services and I also specialise in traditional hedge laying—a valuable method for promoting wildlife corridors and managing rural landscapes sustainably.

Before starting Hedge & Root, I worked as a Rural Surveyor after gaining my degree from the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester. With a background working in agriculture and land-based industries, I am well-versed in health and safety procedures and have extensive experience working directly with clients, which has shaped my values of professionalism, reliability, and clear communication, alongside excellent client care.
